WESTAF is pleased to announce its newest web-based grants management solution for grant lifecycles: GO:GrantsOnline (GO). GO offers grantmakers more flexibility, power, and support than ever before. Visit the GO website for comprehensive information about WESTAF's exciting new grantmaking system.

CultureGrants Online: Grants management made easy
WESTAF still offers its original online grants administration system: CultureGrants Online, an affordable and highly
adaptive online grants application system. Designed to serve state, local and
regional public arts funders and humanities organizations, the system was developed
in cooperation with a private-sector partner with a strong track record and significant
experience in the online grants market. Built on a state-of-the-art and highly
adaptive software platform, CultureGrants Online allows your agency to manage
the grants process from applicant submissions to the disbursement of funds.
Online forms
With CultureGrants Online, individuals and groups can apply for your agency's
grants over the Internet with easy-to-use online forms. Once applicants setup
a password online they can return to the Web as often as they like to modify
and save work on their application in advance of the submission deadline.
Affordable
WESTAF developed CultureGrants Online in response to the need within the
arts and humanities communities for a grants management system that is both
flexible and affordable. Understanding the limited budgets of most cultural
agencies, the standard entry-level price for this product, including consultation,
licensing, training and technical support, is as low as $12,000 for the first
year, depending on the size of your organization. Additional customization,
consultation and upgrades are available for a modest fee. Maintenance fees in
subsequent years, to cover the costs of continued technical support and licensing,
are $2,000, assuming there are no major changes in your agency's grant process.
Panel review made easy
CultureGrants Online generates organized panel review materials in printed
or electronic versions, depending on the panel's needs. With the electronic
option, panel members can review, score and comment on applications online and
submit their recommendations directly over the Internet.
Training and support for you and your staff
The staff of every agency that contracts to buy CultureGrants Online receives
on-site software training sessions and consultation on an implementation program
that fits your agency's needs. In addition, you can count on full technical
support throughout the grant and implementation cycle.
Electronic data management
The software tracks awards for reporting purposes, keeping NEA standards in
mind, and has enough flexibility to satisfy most reporting needs. If your agency
has unique or complex reporting requirements, WESTAF can customize a solution
for a modest fee.
Time savings
CultureGrants Online significantly reduces the amount of time, paperwork
and money that your agency will have to devote to the grant process, while also
saving time for grant applicants. Assuming minimal changes year-to-year in an
applicant's profile or an agency's application format, applicants re-applying
during subsequent grant cycles can retrieve their application information online
from the previous year, make any necessary updates, and resubmit their application.
Cost savings
Moving your grants process online will save you money! With CultureGrants Online
your agency will be able to minimize, or even eliminate, the high costs of data
entry, printed grant applications, file management, mailing, and printed panel
materials.
Efficient communications
The system also has a built-in calendar, an e-mail notification option, and
discussion boards to enable more efficient communication between and among grant
managers and panelists.
Customizable
CultureGrants Online has everything most arts and humanities funding agencies
need to set up an electronic grants management system. If your agency's requirements
fall outside the standard templates, WESTAF is available to customize application
forms and procedures for an additional fee.
Virtual access
Grant managers can manage applications from anywhere, as long as they have an
Internet connection. Enter the system while working from home, traveling or
while on a site visit to an affiliated agency. Everyone at your agency who needs
access can have it without having to come to a central location in search of
printed documents.
Responsive
WESTAF has four full-time staff dedicated entirely to our technology programs,
in addition, WESTAF can rely on the resources of the rest of its Denver-based
team and its software and Web development partners to support your technology
needs. We are always available to answer your questions about CultureGrants
Online and to work with you to troubleshoot any problems.
